This system is NOT designed to cook plastisol...it is designed to hold it at a set temperature while you are shooting your molds. Cooking plastisol in this system WILL void the warranty.

The pots and manifold are solid aluminum, for maximum heat transfer. All parts are CNC machined in-house.
Features:
Ports on each pot for single color use
Center manifold/port for two-color injection/lamination
Pocket in the manifold for heating injector
Pot lids have a view-port and hold the stirrer motor in position
Stirrer motors are VARIABLE speed with a maximum speed of 75 rpm
Both pots have a ceramic insulating blanket with a protective aluminum wrap
The system is mounted to an aluminum base plate, with "U" brackets at each port for locking injectors in position while drawing plastic
A control box is mounted under the base plate: there are 2 rear power cords. Temperature controllers, motor speed controllers, and switches are mounted in the front panel, stirrer motors plug into the side panels. A ventilation fan and louvers in the side panels maintain an airflow across the controls and relays

The Craw Chunk is a twin tail craw trailer that gives a perfect thickness to the claws to get that desirable fluttering behind your favorite spinnerbait or jig. This trailer shoots very clean lines as a top and bottom laminate or as a single color to complement the color of your tackle. Being able to match this to any skirt and know that it has enough body through the hook point to stay on your lure can make the difference in a bad day on the water and being able to stand on the podium at the end of a tournament. -
